02 - Design Consultation This is where we get into the detail. Stone (engineered, porcelain, natural), joinery style (shaker, fingerless, handleless), layouts that actually work in the space, flooring, lighting, hardware, tapware. Whether you come to us with a clear design in mind or want us to design it around you, we tailor it to one of three quality tiers: Quality, Elevated, or Bespoke.
03 - Proposal & Costings A full walkthrough of every selection and finish. No vague allowances, no surprises mid build.
04 - Shop Drawings & Final Design Detailed documentation: joinery setouts, tile layouts, plumbing and electrical positions. The blueprint your trades build from.
05 - Build One team executes the design from demolition through to final clean. Project managed by us, delivered by trades we trust, handed over on time.
06 - Handover & Support We walk you through the finished space, hand over warranties and care guides, and stay on call. Defects period managed properly, and a team you can still reach long after the job is done.

Honestly, it depends. Cost is driven by scope, finish level, structural changes, and the size of the room. A small bathroom refresh and a full architectural kitchen sit at very different ends of the range. We'll walk through your project and give you a clear, itemised quote, no surprises and no pressure.
A standalone kitchen or bathroom typically runs 4-6 weeks on site, plus a few weeks of design and selections beforehand. Larger projects and whole home renovations take 8-12 weeks and vary based on scope. We give you a realistic program upfront and keep you updated weekly.
We handle it. Most clients work directly with us through the design phase. If you've already engaged a designer or architect, we work happily alongside them. Either way, you stay involved in every key decision.
In most cases, yes. It comes down to scope, the amenities you've got available, and what you're comfortable living around. We work in and around the family routine, manage dust and noise carefully, and protect the parts of your home we're not touching. For larger renovations, we'll plan around what's safe & makes sense for you.
Most kitchen and bathroom renovations don't need council approval. Larger works that involve structural changes or extensions sometimes do, and we manage that process when it's required. For renovations in apartments, we handle the strata application and approvals on your behalf. Either way, you stay informed without having to navigate the paperwork yourself.
